From the time we submitted our request for quote, Dean was communicative, prompt, and made the process so easy for us. We needed to have a good bit of grading and draining solutions for our back yard, and Dean and his team took great care to work efficiently and were very thoughtful in their communication and effort. Dean has been gracious with his knowledge as we continue with some diy projects ourselves after his team finished, and he even stepped in to help when our personal attempts to order sod fell through. We had Dean out to give us a quote on our backyard pool landscaping. We laid out our vision and Dean took it and ran with it. His quote was fair and he worked with us to get within our budget. He was well equipped with needed tools and very hands on which I like. We are very pleased with the end product . He even lended a hand installing out 1200lb. Bigfoot into our backyard. My husband and I have a new pool and needed help/guidance on landscaping. Dean did an awesome job placing rocks around the pool, installing a drainage solution and putting some plants in for us. I had Dean and his crews come out and completely tear up and regrade my backyard. I also had them put in a dry creek bed along the side and back of the house. They also replaced my backyard irrigation system and added a zone as well. Dean and his team were very professional and personable. I was very happy with the work they did and if I had any issues they would fix them as I brought them up. They would always ask if I was happy with the progress at every step of the way. Lawn Gnome did an amazing job renovating our backyard. Everything from the quality of work to the generosity of the crew. At one point the city threw a wrench in our plans and Dean instantly had a solution. Even though the job is done Dean still checks in to see how things are going and still offers any help that may be needed.

We are very pleased with the terraced Vegtable garden aesthetic, and Dean's work. The garden beds are the right size, are solidly built, plumb, and level, and are located for optimum daylight. Note: When planning such a garden, expect two things: 1) Expect the unexpected, and 2) go into the project considering it a "Labor of Love", anything built on a significant slope (terracing) will require additional effort. We love our garden.

They came to the house at 7 pm, after I called during the day. He fixed the leak quickly and efficiently, then-didn’t charge me! “Pass it forward, help someone else with a problem in the future.” Honorable, effective, responsive, and kind. I’ll use them for anything in the future, they have earned my loyalty with a simple kindness and effective repair. Our neighbors use them as well, so they are well respected in the neighborhood too.

From the moment we met Dean we knew we wanted him to take on our project. Dean helped us design our outdoor space. He created a firepit with two walking paths one to the firepit and one to our existing patio. He matched up the stone and design to the existing stone on our house. He landscaped our back yard and gave us a complete flowering garden including an herb garden around the firepit. He brought in a crew that was responsible, respectful and hard working. They did an amazing job mulching our front beds and making us a stone garden on the side of our house. Dean and his crew were always good checking in with us making sure their designs were exactly what we wanted . Don’t hesitate to call Lawn Gnome…. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!

We had this company take out all our pine straw and lay a weed barrier and then fill with rock. We also had them fix our gutters to all run underground. The workers were polite and respectful, the owner is trustworthy and kind and gives great upkeep advice. They finished the job sooner than they initially said and cleaned up great after they were finished. They are willing to go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

We recently decided to put our house on the market. We had a bad erosion problem from the builder and needed help. Dean was very professional and polite. We decided to grade the yard, install sod in front and backyard, and a cute plant bed in front of the patio. I had 23 showings and 8 offers within 48 hours of putting my house on the market. I couldn’t be happier with the end product. We went from ugliest property to most valued in the neighborhood.

We worked with Dean on a range of services including, landscape deisgn, sod install, drainage/pipe install, plant and material selections for the beds.
